Refunds and Exchanges

• Money back guaranteed 15 days after reception.
• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Shipping & Handling

We offer 2 methods of shipping
- Standard shipping via La poste automatically added (15 days to 1 month, it arrives often sooner but we prefer to be safe)
- Dhl express shipping (2-3 days) You have to add it to your cart

Processing time is up to 3 days. This is the time we need to process your order. Shipping time is 15 days to 1 month based on destination. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment (when possible with carriers)

For express shipping: You have Dhl express, their engagement is to get the goods from our atelier in Dakar to your home anywhere in the world within 48h to 72 hours. For this option you will have find the "Dhl express shipping" product in our boutique and add to you cart before validating your cart. (Yes you will have to add it like a regular product, as of now the marketplace does not offer customers to choose their shipping preferences) You must add the extra shipping before you validate your cart so we know to ship express rather than standard.

Please be aware that we have no control over international borders and that you may be charged for import and duty fees based on where your delivery address is located. You may contact your local services to ask how it will work for your specific country.

RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

DJEEG'N is happy to refund the full price merchandise within 15 days. Note that we do not accept returns of merchandise purchased on sale. All accessories are not refundable, please choose carefully and check your order before submitting it.

Our requirements Return:
All returns must be received by us within 15 days of your purchase invoice. Merchandise must not be worn, in good condition and returned in its original packaging The goods must be returned in their original condition with all clothing labels tags attached and we demand that the receipt, proof of purchase is returned to us.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received within 15 days and inspected by us, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days. Delivery and return fees are not refundable.

CANCELLATION

When the items is in stock, we may decide to ship before the end of the 3 processing days, which happens a lot to our customer's satisfaction.
For cancellation, please contact us within 24hours or before your order is shipped (if the latter happens before the 24h period)
